PCB multilayer board design technology, it is similar to the design of double-layer board. If you have experience in designing double layers PCB, it will not be difficult to design multiple layers.
First, you have to divide the laminated structure. In order to facilitate the design, it is better to take the substrate as the center, distribute symmetrically to the two sides, and isolate the electric stratum between the adjacent signal layers.
Laminated structure (4, 6, 8, 16)
There are signal layers on both sides of 6 / 10 / 14 / 18 layers and there is no electrical isolation. It is necessary to pay attention to the vertical wiring of adjacent layers and avoid AC loops.
Second, ask the manufacturer for parameters (dielectric constant, trace width, copper thickness, plate thickness) for impedance matching. These parameters should be provided by the manufacturer. With these parameters, the trace width, trace spacing , trace length can be calculated, and the drawing board can be started.(pcb prototype board)
