PCB Knowledge:

Soldering iron brush with assembly method: this method is easy to carry out; it needs a soldering iron and a small brush. The soldering iron is heated when the integrator is assembled, and the solder on the pin is melted when the soldering temperature is reached. The dissolved solder is swept away with a brush. In this way, the pin of the integrated block can be separated from the PCB. Finally, it uses sharp tweezers or small screwdriver to pry down the integration block. 

Medical hollow needle assembly method: Several medical 8 to 12 hollow needles are needed. The inner channel of the needle is suitable to hold the pin of the integrated block when it is used. Solder is soldered by soldering iron during assembly. The pin is caught with a needle in time, then the iron is removed and the needle is rotated, and the pin is pulled out after the solder condenses. The pin is separated from the printed board as a whole. After all the pins are done this way, the integrated block can be removed at will.( low cost pcb)

No MOQ.1 pcs is ok.

3.What is the lead time?

For PCB orders,the lead time is 2 to 10 days.For PCBA orders,the lead time will be 15 to 30 days.

4.Will the boards be tested before shippment?

Yes,all PCBs will be tested by Flying Probe or E-test.For PCBA,we will have AOI,X-ray,and functional test
