Right-angle routing should avoid as far as possible, and it almost becomes one of the standards to measure the quality of routing, so how much impact will right-angle routing have on signal transmission? In principle, the line width of the transmission line will be changed at right angle; it results in the discontinuity of the impedance. In fact, it's not just right-angle routing, stopping angle, and acute-angle routing will also cause impedance changes.
Many people have understanding of the right angle line, they think that the tip is easy to transmit or receive electromagnetic waves, and it produces EMI, which is one of the reasons why many people think that the right angle line can't be done.
