The processes of contact lead include electroplating with tin lead coating as corrosion resistance, removing tin lead after corrosion, hot air leveling solder (spraying tin), and hot melt soldering. Despite the labor prevention measures such as exhaust air in production, long-term exposure will inevitably suffer.(making circuit boards)

For PCB orders,the lead time is 2 to 10 days.For PCBA orders,the lead time will be 15 to 30 days.

Yes,all PCBs will be tested by Flying Probe or E-test.For PCBA,we will have AOI,X-ray,and functional test
